1. Care in Preparation & Shipping
Each Stepman's Tea ceremony set is carefully inspected before shipment and packed with close attention to presentation and protection.
Because these sets are prepared with care and shipped in a manner intended to preserve their condition during transportation, returns are limited to specific situations described below.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only when a tea set arrives with a verified defect or shipping damage.
To be eligible for review, the set must remain unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
Sets that have been used, altered, or handled beyond reasonable inspection are not eligible for return.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have a defect, please contact Stepman's Tea promptly through the contact form.
To help us review the issue quickly, please include your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photographs of the item and its packaging.
4. Return Review Process
Each request is reviewed individually and with care.
If a return is approved, further instructions will be provided. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns are not accepted for sets that are no longer wanted after delivery, for changes of mind, or for items that have been used.
