1. Care in Preparation & Shipping
Each Stepman's Tea ceremony set is carefully inspected before shipment and packed with close attention to presentation and protection.
Because tea ceremony sets and ceremonial tea are prepared with care, returns are limited to specific situations involving verified defects, damage, or order issues described below.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only when an order arrives with verified shipping damage, a confirmed defect, or an approved order issue.
To be eligible for review, the item must remain unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
Items that have been used, altered, opened beyond reasonable inspection, or handled in a way that affects their condition are not eligible for return.
Opened tea products are not eligible for return unless a verified issue exists upon arrival.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Please contact Stepman's Tea within 5 business days of delivery if your tea ceremony set, ceremonial tea, or order arrives damaged or appears to have a defect.
To help us review the issue quickly, please include your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photographs of the item and its packaging.
4. Return Review Process
Each return request is reviewed individually and with care.
If a return is approved, further instructions will be provided. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns are not accepted for items that are no longer wanted after delivery, for changes of mind, or for items that have been used.
Due to the nature of tea ceremony products and packaged tea, returns are limited to verified shipping damage, confirmed defects, or approved order issues.
