2. Hot Water & Heated Surfaces
Teapots, gaiwans, fairness cups, trays, and tea cups may become hot during use. Always handle hot vessels with caution to reduce the risk of burns or spills.
Keep hot water and heated teaware away from children, pets, and unstable surfaces.
3. Ceramic & Glass Care
Ceramic and glass components should be handled with care. Even well-made teaware may break, crack, or chip if dropped, impacted, or exposed to sudden temperature changes.
Before use, inspect the set for visible damage. Do not continue using any item that appears cracked, chipped, or otherwise compromised.
4. Temperature Changes
